Design & Coordination
We provide full M&E design services from RIBA Stage 3 through to Stage 6, including detailed design, coordination drawings, BIM modelling and clash detection. We work closely with architects, structural engineers and main contractors to ensure buildable, coordinated designs.
Installation & Programme Management
Our directly employed engineers across all M&E disciplines work to a single programme, managed by our site management team. We provide regular progress reporting, RFI management and proactive coordination to keep projects on time and on budget.
Commissioning & Handover
We carry out full system commissioning, witnessed testing and produce comprehensive O&M manuals, as-built drawings and all required certification. Our handover packages are prepared to the standard required by building owners, occupiers and building control.
